Staking & Relayers

Token holders stake to operate relayer infrastructure that processes private transactions on behalf of users, earning a share of transaction fees.

Relayers are the backbone of the AnonProof privacy network. They process transactions for users in Private and Ghost modes, ensuring that the user's IP address and wallet origin are never linked to the on-chain transaction. Staking aligns relayer incentives with network security.

Operator Requirements

• $ANON Stake: Operators must stake a minimum amount of $ANON (TBD) to participate — slashable for provable misbehavior.
• Performance: Relayers are graded on uptime (>99.5% required), latency (<500ms median), and successful tx forwarding rate.
• Rewards: 70% of private transaction fees distributed to stakers proportional to stake × performance score. 30% to protocol treasury.
